The Metal Printing Process (MPP) is aimed at developing the equivalent of a photocopier that produces 3D functional objects on demand, at higher speeds than existing methods. Using microwaves or electric discharge sintering, melting more exotic materials like titanium, tungsten and nickel-based superalloys is possible.
